What is your passport's country of issue? This is important because the insurance may be offered during the online booking process based on the country of residency of the main driver.

OK, noted, please follow these instructions: On the very Front page of the website make sure you change your residency to Italy. Then a list of available cars/suppliers will be displayed. After you have chosen your vehicle you will get the chance to add insurance from our partner AXA.

FYI: Basic insurance is included in the rental rate. Because what I have just described, you may get the chance to add the extra insurance with AXA. If not, you can buy the extra insurance product that the supplier's staff will be offer you at the desk on arrival.
